Terms And Conditions
Delivery : Orders will normally be dispatched within 2-4 working days and take 5-6 days for delivery once dispatched.
Note: If a customer refuses to accept the parcel upon delivery by the logistics company he/she is liable to pay the logistics cost that is incurred in sending the shipment to their doorstep and bringing it back to us.
Exchange & Return Policy :
1. We accept exchanges and returns on non-sale items within 7 days of you receiving the shipment.
2. Item must be marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page.
3. First time exchange for size or a different style/product is free.
4. Missing your damage item claim must be raise within 2 days of receiving the parcel, we will need the photographs also.
